Idaho-Yellowstone Day 6

Day 6 was a big day full of very fun adventures around Idaho Falls/Rexburg!

1st we drove up to Rexburg and ate a Righteous slice (Alayna your roommate still works there and said to tell you hi!)  Then we hit a frozen yogurt place which was super yummy!

Then we drove up to the St. Anthony Sand Dunes.  It was so interesting!  Brandon was pretty brave and jumped off of them!  College students come up to have bonfires.

Then we switched gears from the heat and went to the ice caves (civil dense nuclear fall out shelters). We took glow sticks and Brandon and Kayla showed us how they broke them and spray them and then the cave glows. Such a neat idea!

Our last stop of the day was at the gorgeous Mesa Falls!

Then we arrived at our really awesome airB&B! It was exhausting but such a great day!!!

Idaho- Yellowstone Trip Day 4-5

I was so excited to get to see Ellie play Tball.  I didnt realize that the game would be held in Antarctica- I thought we were in June! Brrrr!

Ellie is a super fast runner and that is her favorite part! She isn't very excited about hitting the ball though.  It's adorable to watch little ones play- so many of them playing in the dirt LOL.

At one point, we turned around to look for Rylan, and he was in his chair, staring at a wall- silly goofball!
Bob arrived by the afternoon and we did lots of fun grandparent activities like playdough, paper plate animals, and making cookies!

Then Brandon took us up in the canyon to do some shooting!

I wasn't sure what I would think but I absolutely LOVED it!  I have been wanting to get my Concealed carry license anyway. I really loved the 9MM. I wasn't too shabby for my 1st try!

I was good at the rifle- hit the target twice!

And I was rotten on the compound bow- I wasn't strong enough to pull it back so I REALLY missed the taregt! But Bob forgot to slacken his grip and got hit by the rope which Bob says felt like a hammer and he is still sporting the bruise!

Idaho-Yellowstone Trip-Day 1-3

I headed out early to Idaho to help out Kayla with the kids before everyone else came out.

And this was my greeting party when I FINALLY arrived late that night :)

Day 2- Saturday

I was able to hangout with my 2 cutie grandbabies!  We had a very fun day with time outside, making orange julius and waffles, watching fun shows, having a dance party, and reading lots of awesome books (like "Potato Pants) etc.

Marisa arrived on Sunday!

Also, while they keep me young, I was exhausted. We had so much fun!
